What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced “RAY-key”) is a Japanese holistic technique used to reduce stress and promote relaxation which promotes spiritual, mental, and physical healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is believed to transfer "life force energy" that flows through the physical vessel.

Traditionally, Reiki has been used as a healing system, but it’s also extremely effective in helping individuals increase focus, clarity, wisdom, and personal growth.

Reiki is non-invasive and is administered in a very gentle manner. Reiki is safe to use if you have medical conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes or heart conditions. You may receive Reiki treatments if you are undergoing chemotherapy, or if you’re pregnant.
