Reiki Fit is evolving into ILY, a wellness community hub for individuals from all walks of life. ILY is structured as a non profit business. ILY was born from a desire to help transform and heal lives through energy work, movement, breathwork, plant medicine and journey. We are not fundraising to open a physical location in Southern California.
Our philosophy is that energy supports our physical being and that if we are energetically fit, we are physically and mentally fit. When we are fit to love ourselves, only then can we authentically love others. This very personal journey of self love begins with quiet, stillness, and observation. We apply practical techniques with immediate results which continue to expand over time.
