Breathwork
During this session the receiver is guided to bring awareness to the Soul by utilizing their breath to recall truth and their natural state. This session uses a blend of Yogic breathing techniques to surrender to the subconscious. This methodology guides the receiver into a meditative state through breath and aids in healing trauma, physical aches, and fatigue.
